Meet our team

John is the President and Founder of TriaSys Technologies Corp., which he founded in 1999. John brings over 30 years of experience in Digital Signal Processing, Software design and development, product management and marketing and sales experience. His specific expertise has been in areas of Electronic Warfare and Communications Intelligence.

Having managed a communications intelligence product line at M/A-COM for ten years, John went on to found TriaSys Technologies Corp. in 1999. John started TriaSys by continuing the product line from M/A-COM and adding more products and applications in Signal Analysis, Signal Collection, Electronic Warfare and Cellular Communications and Testing.

John completed his BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida and his MS in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University. John is a member of the Association of Old Crows.

John has an active interest in foreign languages and international business. He is fluent in Greek, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.

Mr. Demerjian has over 25 years experience in the microelectronics and chemical industry, and more than 30 years of experience in operations management. He is experienced in the development of computer based management tools and has implemented a variety of management systems in various companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Demerjian has held management positions in manufacturing, product development, quality control, documentation control, facilities and finance. Mr. Demerjian holds a BSBA in Information Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University.

He has developed and implemented a number of computer based systems for specialty chemical clients, pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions which range from project management tools to an Excel based program for hazard classification analysis of chemical inventories.

Mr. Demerjian is a Partner and co-founder of Advanced Technology Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in Environmental Health & Safety, Operations Management and Engineering.

While working at ComHouse Wireless he held the position of Director of Operations and Finance and was instrumental in the successful acquisition of ComHouse Wireless to L3 Communications. Mr. Demerjian stayed on with L3 Communications as the Director of Operations to facilitate the smooth transition from a startup to a multi-billion dollar government contractor.

Mr. Demerjian currently holds the position of Controller for TriaSys Technologies Corp.

Nick is the Director of Operations at Triasys. He brings over 30 years experience in Manufacturing and Operations Management.

Nick joined TriaSys in 2014 after having spent 14 years as Director of Operations at Protium Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Nick was VP of US Operations at Unique Broadband Systems and SierraCom for over 11 years.

Nick earned his Bachelor’s in Business and Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College.

He is a member of the Association of Old Crows.

Gurpreet joined TriaSys in 2016 with over 25 years experience in sales and marketing in the international defense sector for companies including Oshkosh Defense, Northrup Grumman, BAE Systems and Boonton Electronics.

While at Oshkosh Corporation, he developed opportunities for international sales including a new military vehicle with potential revenue in excess of $100M. At Northrup Grumman ISR Systems, Gurpreet identified international opportunities for surveillance systems for both airborne and land-based platforms.

As VP of Sales and Marketing at Boonton Electronics, Gurpreet secured $20M+ in new contracts for DoD and International, and was a member of the executive team that took the company from Chapter 11 to profit in 18 months.

Gurpreet earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Northrop University and his Masters in Business Administration from California State University.

Chris has been with TriaSys for over 10 years with his experience in 2G/3G/LTE wireless technologies. Chris has been working on integration, optimization and configuration of the TriaSys CellWorks line of Cellular networks subsystems.

Chris has extensive experience in user interface design and development, front-end, responsive web development and back-end PHP and database applications.

Chris earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a member of the Association of Old Crows.

Having graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University, Sage has been with TriaSys for just over one year, and has been the key engineer in integrating the next generation IMSI Catcher for TriaSys in its latest bid to provide an all-in-one solution for Law Enforcement and Search and Rescue applications.

Sage is a member of Tau Beta Pi, IEEE and is an Eagle Scout.
